Exchange Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request an exchange. We recommend trying on your items immediately upon arrival to ensure they meet your needs.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, stains, or odors.

Shipping & Costs
  • Size/Style Exchange: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping fee for the replacement item.
  • Defective/Wrong Item: If we made a mistake or the item is damaged, Fieldway Indonesia will cover 100% of the shipping costs.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Provide a clear Unboxing Video or photo of the product.

Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse.

We will inspect the item and ship your replacement within 1-3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Purchase" cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, certain accessories like socks are also excluded from this policy.

Refund Policy

We currently offer exchanges only. Store credit or refunds will only be issued in the rare event that a defective item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
