How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the courier's website or by logging into your Fieldway account and visiting the “My Orders” dashboard for real-time updates.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery timelines vary by location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while our Express service reaches most major cities within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

To maintain fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Address modifications are only permitted within 1 hour of order placement. Please contact our WhatsApp support urgently; once the tracking number is generated and the package is with the courier, changes cannot be made.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Fieldway Indonesia focuses on providing the best possible service within the Indonesian archipelago. While we do not offer direct international checkout yet, we are actively working on logistics to bring our high-quality gear to adventurers worldwide in the near future.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

What is your detailed exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the moment you receive your package. To qualify, items must remain in their original state: unwashed, unworn, and with all branding tags securely attached. We recommend trying on your items indoors to ensure they remain in "new" condition.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

For standard size or style exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to our warehouse and the cost of sending the new item back. However, if you receive a defective product or the wrong order, Fieldway will cover 100% of all shipping expenses as part of our quality guarantee.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Order cancellations are only possible if the status is still "Processing." Once the order has been "Shipped" and a tracking number is assigned, we can no longer stop the delivery. In such cases, you may follow our standard exchange process once the package arrives.

To keep your gear looking new, we recommend washing in cold water with similar colors and avoiding harsh detergents or bleach. Always turn garments inside out before washing. Specific care instructions are printed on the internal labels of every product—following these will prevent shrinkage and fading.

How can I be sure I’m ordering the right size?

Each product page features a detailed Size Chart. We measure our garments laid flat; we recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit.
